Prull & Associates began serving the Santa Fe area in 1981, primarily performing remodels and additions. In 1984 we designed and built our first custom homes. These homes had an emphasis on solar design and incorporated both passive and active solar components. Our efforts were well received and the size and complexity of our projects grew. By 1990 our focus had shifted to architect designed custom homes, and we began working with more clients from out of town and out of the country. The homes we built continued to become more and more refined, and we developed and expanded our network of architects, designers, skilled craftsmen and dependable suppliers.

SInce then our work has fully reflected the wide range of architecture available on this area, including Territorial, Pueblo Revival, Pitched Metal Roofed and Contemporary style homes. We have utilized various construction materials in the building of these projects. Som are mad of traditional materials such as wood frame, adobe and masonry block, others have been constructed with poured pumice-crete, and straw bales. In 1995 we entered one of our homes in the over $1,000,000 category of the Santa Fe Home Builders Parade of Homes. We were awarded five out of the six awards available, including Best Craftsmanship, Best Exterior Elevations and Best Master Bedroom and Bath.

In addition to keeping up with the latest building materials and methods, we have also kept up with business and management technology. We have a fully computerized office for accurate and efficient communication, estimating, job costing and accounting. Since most of our clients live out of town during the construction process we are very well versed in producing accurate scheduling and effectively handling long distance communication. To this end we are available by phone, fax, cell phone and e-mail as well as by establishing private sections of our web site for our clients to view the progress of their homes.
